Office Policies
Reservations and Appointments:
Treatments are available by appointment. We recommend scheduling your appointment at least two days in advance to ensure availability. Certain reservations require a deposit, gift certificate number or code upon scheduling.
24-hour Cancellation Policy:
Reserving time with us will guarantee your appointment. The deposit will be refunded or saved on your file if you cancel or change your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, the client will either lose their deposit (30% of the full-service price of the missed appointment), prepaid session on file, gift certificate, or code, or the client will be charged a $250 cancellation fee for the appointments with Dr. Khrom or $100 cancellation fee with all other providers.
Refund/Shipping & Return Policy:
No refunds, all sales are final. If applicable, can be exchanged for store credit only.
For store product purchases we accept returns of UNOPENED and UNUSED products in original packaging. within 7 days of the purchase.
A patient is responsible for any return shipping costs.
A patient is responsible for paying shipping costs regulated by the Shopify platform that we use ($7.99/standard and $14.99/expedited; international shipping costs vary).
Check-in:
We suggest that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Late Arrivals:
You may be up to 15 minutes late. We cannot guarantee your extension of scheduled service time. If late to an appointment you will be held responsible for full-service fees.
Minimum Age:
Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult during treatments.
Cell Phones:
To guarantee a relaxing visit for all guests we ask that you please mute cell phones and electronic devices during your visit with us.
Gratuities:
Gratuities are accepted if you enjoyed and are satisfied with your service. Of course, the gratuity you leave is entirely based on your personal satisfaction.
Pricing & Prepayments:
Pricing for services changes month to month. If you see a price that you like, you are able to prepay for that service(s) to guarantee the price. Once prepaid, you have up to 1 year to redeem the purchased service(s). This includes: Credits, packages and gift certificates.
If there are any payment issues with a client’s credit or debit card or CareCredit – chargebacks, fraud issues, etc. we are not able to accept credit or debit cards or CareCredit from the client and require payment in cash.
Groupons are for new clients only – one per person.
